We want to inform you about an issue affecting players who use Sign in with Apple or Game Center on iOS. Due to recent changes, some players may experience difficulties with future account restoration if they don’t act promptly.


🔧 Immediate Action Required

Open the game and go to the Options menu (☰ → ⚙️), turn off Game Center / Apple sign-in, then turn it back on to refresh the linking.

Important: If you don’t perform this step before uninstalling the game, future restoration using Apple / Game Center may fail.


🆘 If You Already Lost Access to Your Account

If you cannot restore your account, please contact our support team with the following information:

Lost account information:

  • Player profile link or player ID of the lost account
  • Clan profile link, or clan ID (if any)
  • Number of purchases or any Apple purchase transaction IDs (if any)

Otherwise provide:

  • Heroes owned
  • Legendary cards found
  • Approximate number of Gems

Current account information:

  • Player profile link or Player ID of your current (new) account linked to any social provider of your choice (it can be Apple / GameCenter)

Tip: To generate the Player profile link: tap your player name at the top-left of the main screen → tap the arrow icon in the top-left corner of your profile screen

Once verified, we’ll help transfer your original account back so you can restore it using the in-game “Restore” option.
